Red Bull boss Christian Horner does not believe that the team is approaching the start of the 2023 season as the main favorite in the fight for the title.


According to Horner, previous successes do not guarantee anything for Red Bull.


Thanks to what we achieved last year, we will approach the start of the new season as favorites. But it doesn`t mean anything to me. The favorite will be the one whose car turns out to be the best in Bahrain.


To succeed in Formula 1 and win, you must always perform at the highest level. Especially considering how much competition has grown in the championship analyzed by asian handicap partners now.


That being said, our technical team did an outstanding job last year, especially considering how late a year earlier the team switched its focus to the 2022 car. In this regard, the gap from some competitors was up to six months.
